Her approach blends science and spirit - working with the nervous system, the breath, and subtle energy to restore calm, clarity, and self-trust.  Each session invites you to release what no longer serves and return to what is true.

Whether through a guided breath journey, Reiki healing, or one-on-one coaching, Sondra meets you exactly where you are - offering presence, compassion, and grounded insight as you step into a more peaceful, empowered way of being.

Breathwork Facilitator

Leon guides others through the power of conscious breathing to reconnect with the wisdom and calm that already live within. His grounded presence and quiet strength create a space where people can safely release, reset, and rediscover themselves.

Before becoming a Breathwork Facilitator, Leon served on a Special Task Force on the Police Force in South Africa and later as a volunteer firefighter in Interior, South Dakota. Both experiences shaped his deep understanding of courage, resilience, and the importance of regulating the nervous system under pressure.

​

Today, Leon brings that same steadiness into his sessions—helping others build inner strength, find balance, and access a sense of peace that no external force can shake.

Whether leading men’s breathwork groups or facilitating group sessions at Healing Hearts Studio, Leon’s work is a reminder that healing begins with one conscious breath.

Hatha Slow Flow Yoga Instructor / Cranio-Sacral Massage Therapist

Priya finds inspiration in yoga's ability to reconnect us with our inner wisdom.  her teaching blends traditional Hatha principles with a heart-centered, gentle flow - inviting students to move with awareness, breathe deeply, and cultivate peace from within.

Through pranayama (breathwork), she guides students toward clarity, grounding, and balance, creating an inclusive space where every body is met with compassion and care.

In addition to yoga, Priya is a skilled Biomechanics Craniosacral Therapy (CST) Practitioner, a hands-on healing modality that gently supports the body's natural capacity to self regulate and heal.  Buy attuned ingredients to the body's subtle rhythms, CST helps release stored tension, ease stress, and restore harmony within the nervous system - encouraging deep relaxation and overall well-being.  Whether you're managing chronic pain, anxiety, or simply seeking renewal, Priya's intuitive approach helps the body return to its natural state of balance and vitality.

Yin Yoga Instructor

Jared is a dedicated yoga teacher and lifelong student of the practice.  With two 200-hour yoga certifications and a background in trauma-informed and restorative yoga, he brings both depth and compassion to every class he leads.

A veteran and single father of two boys, Jared embodies the strength, humility, and presence he invites others to discover on the mat.  His teaching style balances grounded discipline with deep inner work - reminding students that yoga isn't just movement, but medicine and technology for transformation.

​

In his restorative classes, Jared encourages practice titivoners to "work inward," creating space for stillness, healing, and self-connection.  Originally from Wayne, NJ, he welcomes students of all levels, offering thoughtful modifications so everyone can move safely and effectively.

Beyond yoga, Jared is passionate about nutrition and personal training.  He offers tailored coaching - from beginners learning foundational movements to seasoned athletes refining their performance and nutrition for optimal health.

Sound Healing Practitioner

Jack began his journey with sound in 2003 after a life-changing encounter with Cosmic Throat Singer Matthew Kocel. What started as a moment of soul remembrance evolved into years of study and the creation of Jack’s own unique sound healing style—blending toning, throat singing, and a range of instruments including crystal and metal singing bowls, gong, drum, and conch shell.

Through his sessions, Jack guides participants into deep meditative states where the mind quiets and the body’s natural healing can unfold. His sound journeys help release energetic blockages, restore harmony, and invite profound emotional, mental, and physical balance.

Based in Longmont, Colorado, Jack offers both private and group sound journeys and travels for special events throughout the region.
