Leon and Sondra Pieters are a dedicated couple who recognized the need for Breathwork as a therapeutic practice in North Denver.

Leon's journey into Breathwork began with a medical recommendation from his physician. Seeking relief from challenging symptoms, he underwent a thorough evaluation that led to the prescription of Breathwork. Remarkably, within just one week of adopting this practice, Leon's symptoms vanished, and his overall well-being and mood have since shown ongoing improvement.

Sondra discovered Elemental Rhythm Breathwork during a transformative healing retreat in Costa Rica. With a longstanding commitment to inner healing and personal growth, Sondra was profoundly moved by the potential of Elemental Rhythm Breathwork. Determined to share this powerful modality with her community, she embarked on a mission to make it accessible to all who seek profound inner transformation.
