A Four-Week Breathwork Mentorship A four-week journey designed to offer deeper support, connection, and consistency from the comfort of your own home. Each session weaves together transformational breathwork, nervous system education, and guided integration, gently inviting you to explore the relationship between your breath, your body, and your emotions. Together, we’ll create space to release accumulated stress, recognize patterns, understand your nervous system’s responses, and develop practices that support you beyond our time together. As the weeks unfold, you’ll be invited to deepen your self-awareness, cultivate a greater sense of safety and trust within your body, and discover how your breath can become a powerful resource for navigating everyday life. This is more than four individual sessions. It’s an opportunity to build upon each experience, deepen your connection with yourself, and carry what you discover into your daily life. All sessions are held virtually through Zoom. Individual sessions are $125 each, giving you the flexibility to join as you go. For those who feel called to experience the full four-week journey, I offer a special rate of $444, a savings of $56. While you're always welcome to attend individual sessions, I invite you to consider gifting yourself the full experience.
