The Unfolding An ongoing Sunday gathering of breathwork, guided meditation, and reflection. Each week builds on the last, with themes that evolve as we do. An invitation to soften the armor, peel back the layers, and listen to what’s asking for your attention. Together, we create space to loosen old patterns, connect more deeply with ourselves, and welcome who we are becoming. You don’t have to have it all figured out.
