A 4-week guided Breathwork journey designed to help you transform triggers into awareness, navigate conflict without collapse or escalation, and build secure attachment from the inside out.

This is about strengthening your internal stability, embodying clean communication, and becoming someone who can remain connected without abandoning themselves.

This series is an invitation to slow your reactivity, deepen your breath, and let a regulated nervous system guide how you respond in relationship.

Awareness

Understand what activation actually means.  Interrupt reactivity.

WEEK 2

Clarity

Learn how to speak truth without escalation or collapse.

WEEK 3

Boundaries

Hold a clear "no" without guilt or defensiveness.

WEEK 4

Security

Rewire anxious or avoidant patterns.  Become the anchored one in the room.

The Secure Self Series Includes:

• 4 weekly guided Breathwork sessions
• Intentionally curated themes for each week
• Guided meditation + visualization
• Time for reflection and integration
• Small group setting to maintain safety and intimacy
• Facilitated by certified Breathwork practitioners

Each session builds upon the last, allowing momentum to grow naturally and sustainably.
